Program Description

The main purpose of this program "Strategic Business Plan"  is to improve the skills of the trainee in developing and writing professional business plan through 3 days training on the elements of business plan and explanation of the each element and the ideal component of each element as well as practical exercise at the last day, during this exercise the trainees and the instructor will develop full business plan to be sure that the trainees can apply what they studied and improve the skills of the trainees in writing and developing the business plan

This program support the strategists, CEOs, Managers and section heads to develop them companies business plan in professional way using advanced knowledge of the elements of the business plan
